后腹腔镜下根治性肾切除手术的配合体会

摘　　要：目的:介绍临床上后腹腔镜下根治性肾切除手术护理配合成功的体会。方法:将49例该手术的配合过程加以归纳总结。结果:所配合的49例手术均顺利完成。结论:手术室护士只有了解该手术的基本解剖结构和手术步骤,熟练掌握腔镜仪器和器械的性能和使用方法,严格遵守各项操作规程,才能确保手术的顺利完成。Objective：To introduce the experiences of the successful clinical cooperation of radical nephrectomy under retroperitoneoscopy.Methods：Forty nine nursing coordination procedure were concluded and summarized.Results：Each case was successfully completed.Conclusion：The nurses participated in the operation should know the basic anatomical structure and the procedure of the operation,master the performance and using methods of the endoscopy instruments skillfully,follow to each operating rules and regulations closely,to ensure the operation finished successfully.
