摘　　要：目的:探讨双胎妊娠一胎晚期难免流产后的围生期护理方法和重点。方法:对1例双胎妊娠一胎晚期难免流产患者进行基础护理、心理护理、饮食护理,母婴监测,预防感染、预防压疮、预防另一胎早产和产后出血,并给予出院健康指导。结果:新生儿存活状态好,阿普加评分结果为10、10、10分。产妇未发生宫内感染,未发生产后出血及急性肾功能衰竭,产后恢复良好。结论:基本的生活护理,及时的心理疏导,详细的饮食指导,严密的母婴监测、加强抗感染护理,做好早产、产后出血的预防及出院指导,对于双胎妊娠一胎晚期难免流产患者具有十分重要的意义,可以提高另一胎儿的存活率和产妇的健康度。Objective：To explore the way and the key of perinatal nursing for late twin pregnancy with single fetus inevitable abortion.Methods：Give basic nursing,psychological care,diet care,maternal and fetal surveillance to the twin pregnancy with a fetus inevitable abortion,and prevention of infection,prevention of pressure ulcers,prevention of premature labor of another fetus and postpartum hemorrhage,and to give discharge health guidance.Results：The newborn baby survival in good condition,Apgar score was 10,10,10 points.Maternal intrauterine infection did not occur,no postpartum hemorrhage and acute renal failure,and post a good recovery.Conclusion：Basic life care,psychological counseling timely,detailed dietary guidance,strict maternal and fetal surveillance,strengthening anti-infection care,prevention premature labor,postpartum hemorrhage and give discharge guidance.These measures have important significance,It can improve the another Fetal survival rate and health of the puerpera.
