屋尘螨变应原制剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价屋尘螨变应原制剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:采用病例自身对照方法,通过比较144例变应性鼻炎患者在接受1年的屋尘螨变应原制剂特异性免疫治疗前后的症状、体征积分,观察该制剂的临床疗效。结果:患者在完成特异性免疫的治疗后,症状、体征积分较治疗前均明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:屋尘螨变应原制剂是治疗尘螨引起的变应性鼻炎的一种非常有效的治疗方法。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of specific immunotherapy （SIT） with standardized House dust mite allergen preparation for allergic rhinitis（AR）.Methods：Twenty patients with allergic rhinitis caused by house dust mites were selected in this self-contrast study.Clinical efficacy was evaluated by symptom and sign score after one year of specific immunotherapy and compared with pre-treatment scores.Results：After completed the study,a clinically significant reduction in symptom and sign score in these patients comparing with that of pre-treatment was founded.And the difference was significant （P0.01）.Conclusion：Standardized House dust mite allergen preparation is an effective treatment in patients suffering from allergic rhinitis due to house dust mites.
