人工双动股骨头置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折58例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析后外侧入路人工双动股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效,为老年股骨颈患者的临床诊治提供数据支持。方法:回顾性分析2005年4月～2010年4月我院采用后外侧入路人工双动股骨头置换术治疗的58例老年性股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料,并以我院同期采用单纯内固定治疗的58例老年股骨颈骨折患者为对照组,评估两组患者治疗效果和安全性。结果:按Harris评分标准评定,观察组优良率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:后外侧入路人工双动股骨头置换术治疗老年性股骨颈骨折疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective：Analysis lateral approaches artificially double-acting treat the old femoral surgery for the clinical curative effect of the femoral neck fracture for elderly patients,the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the femoral neck provide data support.Methods：Retrospective analysis April 2005 to 2010 from April by lateral approaches artificially double-acting 58 cases of femoral surgery for the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture patients in our clinical information, and using the same simple of internal fixation for 58 cases of elderly patients with fracture of the femoral neck as control group,two groups of patients evaluate its effectiveness and safety.According to the Harris rating criteria for evaluation.Result：The observation group is obviously higher than that of the control group,between groups are statistically significant comparative differences （P0.05）.Conclusion：Lateral approaches artificially double-acting avascular replacement for senile femoral neck fracture definite effect,worth clinical promotion.
