摘　　要：肾移植术后合理补液对移植肾功能恢复,避免患者发生急性肾小管坏死、液体失衡及肺水肿等并发症发生至关重要。笔者通过观察肾移植术后补液时遇到的问题及相关处理措施,将合理有效补液方法进行探索性总结,并将肾移植术后补液管理方法进一步提高完善,以促进肾移植术后病人的恢复。Rehydration after renal transplantation a reasonable recovery of renal function,to avoid patients with acute tubular necrosis,pulmonary edema,fluid imbalance complications is essential.Renal transplant recipients by the author when fluid handling problems and related measures,will be reasonable and effective methods of exploratory summary rehydration and fluid management after renal transplantation further enhanced and improved,in order to promote the recovery of patients after kidney transplantation.
