彩色多普勒超声对小儿肺炎合并心衰的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声对小儿肺炎合并心衰的诊断价值。方法　选择肺炎合并心衰患儿１５例， 利用二维彩色多普勒超声检测心脏瓣口的１６项血流参数及左室收缩功能。结果　心衰组肺动脉峰值下降， 左、右心室射血时间均缩短， 二、三尖瓣Ｅ峰减速时间缩短， 左室收缩功能下降。结论　彩色多普勒超声不仅可通过心脏血流参数反映肺炎合并心衰时患儿的心功能状态，Objective\ To evaluate the diagnostic value of heart failure in child with pneumonia by color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI). Methods\ Sixteen items blood stream indices of the heart valves and left ventricular systolic functions in 15 children with pneumonia complicated congestive heart failure were examined by CDFI. Results\ Pulmonary valve peak decreased fast, mitral and tricuspid valve E peak down time shortened, efflux time of right and left ventricular shortened, left ventricular systolic function was abnormal. Conclusions\ CDFI can predict child heart functions in pneumonia with heart failure by heart blood stream parameters , and it can provide an important objective proof for clinic treatmeat.\;
