摘　　要：盐城广播电视塔主塔采用双钢板组合剪力墙结构,结构形式特殊。施工过程中安装精度高,高空焊接量大。安装过程中,将筒体平面分割成8个吊装单元,每单元高5 400mm,筒体结构自下而上、内外同时施工。介绍了其施工技术,包括筒体内外平台搭设及计算分析、筒体单元钢板分割、构件吊装及焊接、微膨胀自密实混凝土施工等技术。通过采用先进工艺,整个工程的焊接质量和安装精度符合国家规范要求。The main tower in Yancheng Broadcast Television Tower uses special composite structure of double steel plate and shear wall.During its construction,the installation precise is high and the welding amount is heavy.During the installation,the tower body is divided into eight installation elements,and each element is 5 400mm in height.The tower body is constructed from bottom to top and from internal and external synchronously.In this article,the authors introduce its construction technologies including the setting and calculation analysis of internal and external platform of the tower body,division of steel plate,installation and welding of members and construction of micro-expansive and self-compaction concrete,etc.By adopting advanced techniques,welding quality and installation precise of the whole structure satisfy the requirement of the related codes.
