摘　　要：根据现浇先张法预应力拱板屋盖的设计方案,有针对性地利用顶部圈梁作为张拉台座和用支撑钢杆与钢筋与中部圈梁的拉结作用有效地平衡了张拉时对台座的不平衡力,形成了先张法预应力拱板粮仓屋盖原位现浇施工法。该方法利用钢管排架作拱板屋架的支撑架,室内排架顶部水平钢管顶撑于圈梁内侧和对圈梁的加固措施,并采用钢管顶撑和斜拉钢筋对张拉力的平衡作用保证了先张法张拉施工的安全、可靠。该方法施工进度快、整体性好,并能够解决大型吊装机械难以进场的难题,经济效益明显。According to the scheme of cast-in-situ pretensioned prestressed arch board roof,the authors present cast-in-situ construction method of barn roof with pretensioned prestressed arch board,which uses the top ring beam as tension bench and keep the tension bench in balance by connecting support steel suspenders,stay steel bars and the central ring beam.In this method,steel pipe frames are used as support stands of arch board roof truss;horizontal steel pipes on the top part of indoor frames prop on the inner side of ring beam and measures are taken to reinforce ring beam,which ensure the safety and reliability of construction by balancing tensioning forces with steel pipes supporting and stay steel bars.This method can quicken construction schedule and solve the problem of big hoisting machinery approaching to construction site,and bring about great economic benefit.
