摘 要:结合越南某二期热电站工程建设,介绍了烟囱钢内筒多点同步液压提升倒装法施工工艺,主要包括多点同步液压提升倒装法施工的基本原理与系统组成、液压缸布置方案、提升支架的设计、提升支架预埋件的设计、提升装置安装标高处烟囱外筒壁的设计、提升吊点的设计、钢内筒的提升。在钢内筒提升过程中,钢内筒吊点始终位于钢内筒重心上方,从而根本上消除了内筒安装过程中扭晃问题。同时由于其安全可靠、工艺简单、运行平稳、投资较少、效率较高等诸多优点,在近年来的烟筒钢内筒施工中得到广泛的应用。According to one No.2 thermal power plant's construction in Vietnam,the authors mainly introduce the multi-position simultaneous hydraulic lifting inverted technique in chimney inner steel liner construction,which mainly include basic theory and system composition of the hydraulic lifting method,arrangement plan of the lifting equipment,design of the lifting frame,design of chimney concrete shell at the lifting equipment level,the design of the embedded parts,the design of the lifting segment,and lifting of the steel liner.During process of lifting the steel liner,the lifting point always stays above the steel liner center of gravity,which radically solves the shaking problem.Because of its stability,safety,simplicity,low-investment and high efficiency,this technique is widely used in similar liner construction.
