摘  要:伴随低碳理念,我国建筑业发展正在步入低投入低消耗的现代化改造、维修与加固时期。托梁拔柱作为一种扩大柱间距较好的技改方法得到了广泛应用。由于改造过程的结构时变特性以及现场作业难度大等特点,导致其高风险性。为此,结合既有建筑托梁拔柱改造实践,在系统探讨托梁拔柱改造施工工艺流程的基础上,基于现代工程安全理论,分析了既有结构承载能力降低风险、设计完整结构在施工过程呈现的阶段非完整性失效风险、托梁拔柱施工质量风险、施工过程人身伤害风险以及托梁拔柱工程使用安全风险。综合应用建筑防倒塌设计方法和建筑加固技术,提出了既有建筑托梁拔柱改造的构造设计、极限状态设计、变形与刚度控制和结构布置防倒塌设计原则,并建议了结构加固、托梁原位制作以及截柱卸载施工技术要点,最后介绍了单层工业厂房和多层框架办公建筑托梁拔柱改造的实例。With the philosophy of low carbon for friendly environment and sustainable development,construction industry is entering the period of rebuilding,maintenance and strengthening.The transfer girder and cut column(TGCC),as a means of expanding the column space,has been widely used in the reforming of existing buildings.Since the structures under reforming are time-dependent structures and construction work is of high difficulty.Consequently,the reforming engineering project of existing building is of high risk.So based on the practice of TGCC reforming of existing buildings,the general construction processes of TGCC are identified,then its risky factors,as resistance deterioration,un-integrated structures,construction quality,injure and safety in service etc.,are analyzed,and their countermeasures are given.Applying resisting progressive collapse method and reinforcement technology,anti-collapse design principles and construction techniques of existing building's TGCC reforming,are proposed in order to promoting safe and standardized implementation of the existing building reforming.Here the anti-collapse design principles include structural detail,limit states,deformation and stiffness control,as well as structural arrangement,and the construction techniques comprise about that of structural reinforcement,transfer girder made in site,cut column and unloading etc.In the end,two examples are given.
