摘　　要：为了减少燃料气消耗,采用乙烯装置急冷水的富余热量对裂解炉空气预热,并对兰州石化460 kt/a乙烯装置裂解炉进行了改造,在裂解炉底部空气入口安装空气预热器。通过对比空气预热器投用前后的相关数据得出,该装置燃料气单耗降低了3 kg/t,每年产生经济效益414万元。To reduce the fuel gas consumption, the waste heat of the quench water of ethylene plant is used to preheat the air in the cracking furnance. And the ethylene cracking furnace system in a 460 kt/a ethylene plant of PetroChina Lanzhou petrochemical company is modified by installing a air preheater in the air inlet of the bottom of cracking furnance. The results show that, after modification, the energy consumption of fuel gas has been decreased by 3 kg/t and the benefit is 4 140 000 per year.
