摘 要:目的: 探讨不同成像参数及成像序列对MRA图像的影响。方法: 对7 名健康自愿者分别进行MRA检查,观察每一种主要成像参数改变及不同成像序列对MRA图像的影响。结果: 血流/组织信号对比随TR时间延长而降低; TE时间越长, 颈动脉分叉部血流信号减弱越明显; 射频偏转角越大, 血流/组织信号对比就越高, 但血管搏动伪影也越明显; 激励层面增厚可增加成像范围, 且可提高信噪比, 但空间分辨率下降。3DMRA空间分辨率比2DMRA高, 但成像范围受限,检查时间长。结论: 影响颈动脉分叉MRA成像的序列及参数较多, 恰当地选择成像参数和成像序列可提高MRA图像质量。Objective:To explore the effect of different imaging sequences and variable imaging parameters change upon CCABs MRA.Methods: fourteen CCABs in 7 volunteers were performed MRA examination with 1 5 T system,which the effect of every main imaging parameter changing and different imaging sequences on CCABs MRA were researched.Results:the contrast of MR signal between blood flow and state tissue was reduce as TR prolong,while the MR signal of internal carotid artery blub(ICAB) was lost more as TE increase;and the contrast of MR signal between blood flow and state tissue was better as flip angle increase,but pulsatile artifact of vessel was more clear,increasing slice thickness can enlarge image range and improve signal/noise ratio,but the space resolution of image was decrease;3D MRA had better space resolution compared to 2D MRA,but imaging range was limited.Conclusion:various parameters and imaging sequences can influence CCABs MR imaging,but correctly choose imaging parameters and imaging sequence can improve MRA film quality.
