摘 要:目的观察微量泵持续湿化在人工气道患者中的应用效果。方法将40例人工气道患者随机分为干预组和常规组各20人。干预组采用微量泵持续输注湿化液湿化气道,常规组应用注射器间断滴药湿化气道,对2组患者的痰液黏稠度、吸痰所用负压、血氧饱和度、吸痰管牵拉及黏膜损伤出血、气管内导管消毒效果、吸痰后感染等进行观察比较。结果干预组患者各指标均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微量泵持续气道湿化接近生理湿化,能安全有效地提高人工气道患者气道湿化效果。Objective:To observe the effect of micro-pump continuous humidification on the artificial airway patients.Method:A total of 40 patients with artificial airway had been randomly divided into the intervention group and the routine group.The intervention group was treated with micro-pump continuous infusion humidification,meanwhile,the routine group was application of syringe intermittent airway humidification.Result:There are significant differences between the two groups in sputum viscosity,the size of the negative pressure suction,oxygen saturation,suction catheter adhesion and endotracheal tube disinfection,infection after suction(P0.05).Conclusion:Micro-pump continuous airway humidification which is close to physiological humidifying,could safely and effectively improve the mucosa bleeding mucomem branous injury humidification effect in patients with artificial airway.
