摘　　要：目的探讨肛肠手术术前清洁灌肠方法的改进及效果观察。方法将230例患者随机分为观察组(120例)、对照组(110例)。对照组采用常规清洁灌肠法;观察组采用改良清洁灌肠法。对比2组在操作流程满意度,肠道清洁度方面的差异。结果观察组在操作流程满意度,肠道清洁度方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论改良清洁灌肠法,灌肠效果满意,优于传统清洁灌肠操作方法。Objective：To observe the improvement and effect of anorectal surgery preoperative cleansing enema.Method：A total of 230 patients had been randomly divided into the observation group（n=120） and the control group（n=110）.The control group was given the conventional cleansing enema,meanwhile,the observation group was treated with the improved cleaning enema.Compared the differences between the 2 groups in the satisfaction of operational processes and intestinal cleanliness.Result：In the satisfaction of operational processes and intestinal cleanliness,the observation group is significantly higher than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：The improved cleaning enema could get satisfactory results,it＇s better than the conventional cleansing enema.
