摘　　要：目的探索一种穿刺成功率更高、安全且并发症较少的动脉穿刺置管的路径。方法对ICU收治的617例患者随机分为采取桡动脉或股动脉穿刺置管组,对2组病例进行分析,并对临床效果进行评价。结果 2组穿刺采血方法成功率、血管并发症、患者舒适状况差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论桡动脉穿刺置管成功率较高,血管并发症少,同时可以减轻患者痛苦,值得在临床工作中推广。Objective：To Explore a path of the arterial catheterization with the higher rate of puncture success,more safety and less complications.Methods：617 cases in ICU were randomly divided into radial approach group（n=301） and femoral approach group（n=306） we compared with the application effect of two groups.Result：The rate of puncture success,vascular complications and the comfortable condition of patients were significant different in two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion：Compared to the femoral approach group,the radial approach group has the higher rate of puncture success,less complications.The radial arterial catheterization can relieve the pain of patients and is worth to extend in clinical application.
