摘 要:目的探讨加强护理人力资源管理在临床护理工作中的应用。方法以护理人力资源的合理分配和科学管理为理念,建立健全护理薪酬和激励机制,充分调动护理人员工作的积极性和主动性,提高护理质量。结果在2年护理质控比较中,仅急救器材和药品管理上差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),在护理安全管理、基础护理质量、特、一级护理质量、病区管理质量与病人满意度上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理文书书写、消毒隔离管理质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过加强护理人力资源管理,护理质量和病人满意度得到了提高。Objective:To explore the application of strengthening the management of nursing manpower in clinical nursing.Methods:To treat the reasonable distribution of nursing manpower and scientific management as the principle,improve nursing salary and incentive mechanism.Fully mobilize nursing staff's work enthusiasm and initiative to improve the quality of nursing.Results:Two years in nursing quality control in the comparison,just the difference of first aid equipment and drug management has no statistical significance(P0.05).The difference between the hand-writing of nursing documents and patient satisfaction has a statistical significance(P0.05).The difference between nursing safety management,basic nursing quality,super and first-class quality of nursing,ward management quality and the quality of disinfection and isolation management has a conspicuous statistical significance(P0.01).Conclusion:By strengthening of nursing manpower management,the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction is improved.
