某院校常见几种换药的分析及其护理

摘　　要：目的探讨某院校几种换药病人的临床表现和有效护理方法。方法根据其具体情况采取具体的护理办法,该院就诊中常见的主要是跑步、煅炼引起的外伤和感染,还有烫伤、换药拆线、结肿引流换药以及一些感染性换药病人,要根据患者的伤情确定用药程度,还要根据具体原因的不同,使用不同的药品,在此过程中可以采用碘伏联合湿润烧伤膏或优托代替传统油沙膏,并对其疗效进行分析,给予针对性的护理方法。结果采用合适药品和护理方法进行护理的病人痊愈很快,病痛更小。并且,感染性换药病人采用碘伏联合湿润烫伤膏或优托代替传统油沙膏的疗效更显著。结论针对不同的换药病人要采用不同的护理方法,在护理的过程中还要采用合适的药物。Objective Several institutions of dressing a patient＇s clinical presentation and effective methods of care.Methods According to their specific circumstances to take specific measures of care,hospital treatment is common in the main run,smithery caused by trauma and infection,as well as burns,dressing removal of stitches,knot swollen drainage dressing dressing and some infectious patientsaccording to the patient＇s medication to determine the extent of injury,but also according to different specific reasons,the use of different drugs,in the process can be used povidone-iodine combined MEBO or excellent care cream to replace the traditional oil sands,and its efficacy analysisgive specific methods of care.Results Use of appropriate drugs and care for care of patients recovered quickly,the pain less.And,infected patients using povidone-iodine dressing moist burn ointment or superior joint care cream to replace the traditional oil-sand effect more pronounced.Conclusion Dressing for different patients to different methods of care,but also in the process of care with appropriate drugs.
