摘 要:目的对佛山某区2007~2010年城市饮用水中三卤甲烷(THMs)的健康风险进行评估。方法采用美国环保署推荐的健康风险评价模型,计算THMs经口途径暴露的终生致癌风险和危险指数。结果 4年间,该区饮用水中THMs含量在0.0007~0.0044mg/L之间,均符合国家标准规定,健康风险值分别为1.1×10-5、5.2×10-7、1.3×10-7和1.1×10-5,其中CHCL2Br、CHCLBr2对总致癌风险的贡献2007年为53.3%、44.8%,2010年为72.7%、22.2%。结论 2007、2010年风险值高于美国EPA推荐值,有一定健康风险,总致癌风险中以CHCL2Br、CHCLBr2的贡献为主,提示今后水质安全管理应予以重点关注。Objective To evaluate the human health risk about trihalomethanes(THMs) in drinking water of a certain district in Foshan during 2007~2010.Methods The lifetime cancer risk and hazard index exposed to THMs through oral ingestion route from tap water were calculated,according to risk assessment models recommended by the United States Environmental Protection Agency(US EPA).Results The data showed that contents of THMs in drinking water were lower than the value of the standard and criteria with 0.0007~0.0044mg/L,and the total cancer risk of THMs were 1.1×10-5、5.2×10-7、1.3×10-7and 1.1×10-5during above 4 years,among of which contribution of HCL2Br and CHCLBr2 to total cancer risk were 53.3%,44.8% in 2007,72.7% and 22.2% in 2010 respectively.Conclusion Health risk in 2007,2010 were higher than the value recommended by EPA,demonstrated that THMs in drinking water has a certain health risk,of which HCL2Br and CHCLBr2 are the major risk factors.Then HCL2Br and CHCLBr2 should be paid more attention in the future drinking water safety management.
