摘　　要：[目的 ]了解卫生学校朝鲜族与汉族学生心理健康 .[方法 ]用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )对延边卫生学校医疗护理专业 50 8名学生进行调查及对照分析 .[结果 ]因子分超过 2 5分以上者 6 3人 ,占总人数的 12 4 0 % ,主要表现在强迫、人际关系、敌对、偏执等因子 .民族、性别在人际关系、敌对、偏执项目上存在显著性差异 .[结论 ]汉族学生心理健康差于朝鲜族学生 .强迫、人际关系、敌对、偏执是卫生学校学生共同的心理问题 .OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of mental health for the Korean Chinese and Chinese students in Health School. METHODS Using the symptom check list 90 for 508 students of medical nursing specialty in Yanbian Health School were investigated and analyzed. RESULTS 63( 12.40 %) students got over 2.5 of the factor score. The main expressions were obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility and paranoia etc., and the nationality and sex had statistic significance in the items of interpersonal sensitivity, hostility and paranoia. CONCLUSION The status of mental health of Chinese students were poorer than that of Korean Chinese and the obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility and paranoia were common problems of mental health in the students of Health School.
