病毒性脑炎患儿血浆和脑脊液中内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽的变化及相关关系

摘　　要：[目的 ]观察病毒性脑炎时血浆和脑脊液中内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽的变化 ,探讨降钙素基因相关肽对病毒性脑炎的临床治疗价值 .[方法 ]采用放射免疫分析方法测定病毒性脑炎患儿血浆和脑脊液中内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽的含量 .[结果 ]病毒性脑炎患者血浆中内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽无变化 ;脑脊液中内皮素增高 ,降钙素基因相关肽降低 ;内皮素与降钙素基因相关肽在血浆和脑脊液中均呈正相关 ;而血浆与脑脊液之间内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽均无相关性 .[结论 ]降钙素基因相关肽可能对病毒性脑炎早期有重要治疗价值 .OBJECTIVE To observe the changes of endothelin and calcitonin gene related protein in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of viral encephalitis and study the value of clinical treatment of calcitonin gene related protein for the viral encephalitis. METHODS By using the radioactive immunoanalysis, the contents of endothelin and calcitonin gene related protein in the plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of viral encephalitis were detected. RESULTS There had no significant changes of the contents of endothelin and calcitonin gene related protein in plasma. The contents of endothelin were significantly higher than that of control and the contents of calcitonin gene related proteins were significantly lower than that of control. The endothelin and calcitonin gene related protein in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid presented evenly positive correlation, but between plasma and cerebrospinal fluid had no evenly positive correlation. CONCLUSION The calcitonin gene related protein has an important treatment value for the early stage of viral encephalitis.
