摘 要:种盘的结构参数和工作参数直接影响种子的运动状态,从而影响吸种效果,通过对种盘的振动试验分析,为进一步提高气吸滚筒式排种器种盘前端种子分布的均匀性,该文以气吸滚筒式排种器种盘为试验对象,研究了种盘与滚筒角度、激振力加载位置、振动器压力对种子在种盘前端吸种区域分布规律的影响。采用3因素3水平实验设计,得出了种子分布与三个因素之间的回归模型。试验表明:种盘与滚筒角度为20°、激振力加载位置为种盘中心、振动器调压阀为0.25MPa的条件下,激振力加载位置在吸种性能的回归模型中贡献率最大。最佳因素组合为20°、激振力加载位置为种盘中心、振动调压阀为0.25MPa。研究为超级稻育秧精密播种器的设计及参数优化提供科学的依据。The seed disk structure and operating parameters directly affected seed movement.There by affecting the seed Absorption effect.By analyzing the seed disk vibration experiment.Further improved the front seed distribution evenness degree in the seed disk.This paper studied the seed disk and roller Angle,excitation force position vibrator pressure influenced on the seed distribution in front seed disk region based on Air-roller seed metering device seed disk.Adopted three factors and three levels experimental design it is concluded that regression model between seed distribution and three factors.It showed that Angle between seed disk and the roller Angle was 20 excitation force position was disk center,vibrator pressure-regulating was 0.25 MPa excitation force position is the most factors in regression model.The best combinations were Angle between seed disk and the roller Angle was 20,excitation force position was disk center,and vibrator pressure-regulating was 0.25 MPa.This Research provided the scientific basis for super rice seedlings raised precise device design and parameters optimization.
