摘　　要：论述了知识管理和信息管理的各自特点,提出了知识管理是图书馆发展的趋势,必须发挥图书馆的职能,指出知识管理是信息管理的高级阶段。Have described information management and each characteristic of the knowledge management,propose that knowledge management is a development trend of the library,must give play to the function of the library,point out that knowledge management is the advanced stage of the information management.
