儿童股骨头坏死病变滑膜组织HLA-DR抗原的免疫组织化学研究

摘　　要：目的 :为了探讨儿童股骨头坏死组织原位免疫病理改变及其在病变中的作用。方法 :采用SABC免疫组织化学方法研究了 2 6例儿童股骨头坏死病变滑膜组织HLA -DR抗原表达。结果 :儿童股骨头坏死病变滑膜大量表达DR抗原 ;滑膜中DR抗原表达与淋巴细胞浸润程度密切相关 ,与浸润淋巴细胞的DR抗原表达相关更密切。结论 :活化T细胞能促进滑膜细胞DR抗原表达 ;儿童股骨头坏死病变组织局部细胞免疫调节失衡 ,活化的淋巴细胞参与了疾病的免疫损伤 ,对疾病发展起一定作用。Objective:To investigate immunopathological changes in situ of Perthes disease and its role disease.Methods:Synovium speciments of 24 cases Perthes disease were analyzed by SABC immunohistochemical technique with monoclone antibodies to HLA DR antigen.The control group was composed of 10 cadevers which were healthy when alive.Results:Expression of HLA DR on synovium of Perthes disease was significantly higher than that of the controls.Furthermore,DR antigen expression on synovium cells was positively correlated with the total number and DR antigen expression on synovium infiltrating cells.Conclusion (1)The activated lymphocyte promote the DR antigem expression of synovium cell;(2)The cellular immunoregulation network in the affected local area is impaired and the activated lymphocyte may play a role in the Perthes disease.
