激素治疗变态反应疾病诱发骨坏死的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :通过激素单独及作用于变态反应实验家兔 ,探讨激素诱发骨坏死的发病机制及与原发病的相互关系。方法 :实验分 :单纯激素组 ;单纯变态反应病组 ;激素治疗变态反应病组 ;对照组。通过分 2次间隔 3周给家兔静脉注射马血清 ( 10ml/kg)建立变态反应疾病模型。激素治疗采用连续 3天腹腔注射强的松龙 ( 45mg/kg)。实验动物分别在处置完成后 1、2、3、5周时 ,静脉采血行血脂检查后剖取双侧股骨头行电子显微镜观察。结果 :应用激素的动物血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯明显升高 ,并导致成骨细胞脂肪变性、坏死。结论 :激素在治疗变态反应疾病过程中 ,引起了脂类代谢的紊乱 ,致使骨组织细胞脂肪变性、血循环损害、血流瘀滞 ,股骨头发生缺血坏死。Objective:To study the mechanism of prednisone induced osteonecrosis and the relationship to primary disease.Methods:White rabbits were divided into three groups:Prednisone group;Allergosis group;allergosis treated by prednisone group.The model of allergosis was established by intravenous injection of hores serum twice at the interval of 3 weeks,Injection into abdominal cavity of prednisone at 45 mg/kg for 3 days,1,2,3 weeks after administration,blood lipid and electromicroscopic examination were undertaken.Results:The rabbits of prednisone group presented elevation of serum cholesterol and trinitroglycerin and fatty degeneration,necrosis.Conclusion:prednisone caused the disorder of lipid metabolism,the fatty degeneration,the injury of blood circulation and the sludging of blood,osteonecrosis.
