去表皮乳晕三角瓣支撑法乳头内陷矫正术

摘　　要：为提高乳头内陷的治疗效果。自１９９８ 年１２ 月以来我们采用一种新的乳头内陷整复方法 去表皮乳晕三角瓣支撑法，治疗乳头内陷６ 例（１２ 只乳头）。术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合，无乳头血运障碍发生。随访３ ～８ 个月，无１ 例复发，切口瘢痕不明显，乳头感觉良好，形态满意。该法具有操作简便、效果可靠、切口瘢痕少、乳头形态好、无血运和感觉障碍之忧等优点，值得推广应用。To improve the surgical result of inverted nipple correction, Lee's procedure was employed. In this porcedure, two opposing isosceles triangular flaps on both sides of the inverted nipple were designed within the range of areola. The pedicle of the triangular flaps was located at the base of planned nipple. During the operation, the triangular flaps were deepithelialized, and the shortened lactiferous ducts and fibrous bands beneath the nipples were released. The deepithelialized triangular flaps were then turned 270° into the nipple as supporting tissues. The donor site defects were closed by V-Y suture. Since Dec.1998, 6 patients with congenital bilateral inverted nipples were treated by this technique. In all cases, there were no complications related to surgery, and the appearance of the nipples was satisfactory after 3～8 months' follow-up. The method has following advantages: ① it is simple, safe, effective and easy to be popularized; ②incision scar is indistinct.
