感觉神经植入皮瓣后降钙素基因相关肽CGRP阳性神经纤维的观察

摘　　要：在豚鼠的双侧下腹部位分别设计以腹壁浅血管为蒂的２ｃｍ ×２ｃｍ 岛状皮瓣，转移至同侧大腿内侧。并植入隐神经血管束。术后３ 周、２ 、３、４、５ 、６ 个月分别切取皮瓣全层组织，冰冻切片，观察ＣＧＲＰ 阳性神经纤维结果表明，实验侧术后３ 周时真皮深层出现ＣＧＲＰ阳性纤维，术后３ 个月真皮浅层以及乳突层内出现阳性纤维，且量较多。术后４、５ 、６ 个月真皮与表皮交界层以及毛囊周围出现阳性纤维。而对照侧，术后３ 周未见ＣＧＲＰ阳性纤维，术后２个月可见肉膜层及真皮深层散在阳性纤维。Regeneration of calcitonin gene related peptite immunoreactive(CGRP-IR) fibers in the guinea pig skin flap implanted with sensory nerve was studied by immunohistochemistry. Both abdominal island skin flaps(2cm×2.5cm in size) were transfered to medial sides of thighs in the guinea pig. Vessel pedicles were cut down 12 days postoperation and saphenous nerve and vessels bundel were implanted into the flap simultaneously. One side was designated for implantation of nerve as experimental side and the other side as a control. CGRP-IR fibers were detected in the flap on 3 weeks, 2、3、4、5 and 6 months postoperation respectively. The result has shown that regeneration of CGRP-IR fibers in the deep layer of dermis occured on 3 weeks post-operation. CGRP-IR fibers appeared in the epidermal-dermal junctional zone and hair follicles on the 4 months post-operatoin. However, CGRP-IR fibers were not seen on 3 weeks post-operation in the control side and the number of CGRP-IR fibers slightly decreased in the control group compared with the experimental group.
