皮下英捷尔法勒水凝胶排出实验的近期组织学观察

摘　　要：本文摸索将英捷尔法勒水凝胶注入大白鼠背部皮下，观察凝胶排出实验的近期组织学变化。结果显示，凝胶注入后６ 天胶质周围纤维包膜基本形成，纤维包膜上未见有纤维长入胶质，与胶质亦无炎性粘连。注入皮下的胶质可以从包膜中排出，但包膜纤维中仍可见少量的吞噬胶质。The article studied, whether the interfall injected under the skin of dorsum of rats was squeezed out and its short-term histological changes. Results showed that in the sixth day after its injection, a fibrous connective tissue capsule around the interfall surface was formed. There were no fibrous tissue ingrowth to interfall on the fibrous connective tissue capsule. There were no adhesion formation between the interfall and capsule. The interfall injected under the skin can be squeezed out from the capsule. But a little portion of the interfall was ate by phagocytes in the fibrous connective tissue capsule.
