温岭地区人群呼吸暴露参数研究

摘　　要：目的探讨浙江温岭地区人群的呼吸暴露参数。方法于2010年采用问卷调查的方法对浙江温岭地区964名务工人群和468名务农人群进行时间一活动模式的研究，同时结合人体能量估算模型，计算该地区人群的呼吸速率参数，并与国内外进行对比。结果温岭务丁人群每天室内外活动时间分别为19．2和4．9h，务农人群为16．1和7．9h。温岭成人每天睡眠以及从事轻度运动、中度运动和重度运动时间分别为8．4、11．2、2．8和1．6h。温岭人群务工人群长期暴露的呼吸速率为11．58～14．96m^3/d，务农人群为18．81～24．58m^3／d。结论本次调查获得了温岭人群呼吸暴露参数，为健康风险评价奠定了基础。Objective To investigate the breath exposure parameter of people in Wenling area of Zhejiang province, Methods In 2010, 964 workers and 468 farmers in city of Wenling , Zhejiang province were selected and questionnaire and time-activity model, combining the estimation model of human body＇s energy, were conducted to develop a new set of breath exposure parameters. In addition, the parameters were closely compared with the ones at home and abroad. Results The time that the workers spent indoor and outdoor was 19.2 and 4.9 h per day respectively, while that of the farmers was 16.1 and 7.9 h per day respectively; meanwhile, the periods of sleep, mild, moderate and severe activities were 8.4, 11.2, 2.8 and 1.6 h per day respectively. The long-term breath exposure rates of the workers were 11.58-14.96 m^3/d, while the ones of the farmers were 18.81-24.58 m^3/d among the group of the tested people. Conclusion The breath exposure parameters of people in city of Wenling have been obtained, which will be a great help to making heahh risk assessment.
