针灸推拿结合治疗胃下垂临床研究

摘　　要：为了探求一种治疗胃下垂的较好疗法，对收集到的符合纳入标准的１２２例患者随机分成两组进行比较研究。结果显示针灸推拿结合治疗组临床痊愈率（ ４５． ３％）和总有效率（ ９５． ３％）明显高于单纯针灸对照组（分别为２７．６％和６９．０％）。说明针灸与推拿结合治疗胃下垂，可相辅相成，相得益彰。Searching for a good treatment method for gastroptosis, one hundred and twenty-two cases that were fitting standards were selected and randomly divided into two groups. We have studied comparatively. The results showed that the treatment group with acupuncture and moxibustion plus massage was much better in the curative effect than the control group with simple acupuncture and moxibustion. The clinical cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 45. 3 % and 95. 3 % respectively, which of the control group were 27. 6 % and 69. 0 %. There is a significant difference between them. It shows that the combined therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion with massage for gastroptosis supplements each other and complements each other.
