摘　　要：目的探讨广谱流感噬菌体微球疫苗对分别感染H3N2、H1N1和B型流感病毒豚鼠的免疫保护作用。方法以广谱流感噬菌体微球疫苗免疫豚鼠,1个月后采血,间接ELISA法检测豚鼠血清中抗流感病毒IgG抗体的滴度;并于采血后3 d,经滴鼻途径分别攻击3个型别的流感病毒,攻击后3 d,检测豚鼠鼻腔洗液和肺组织中的病毒滴度。结果免疫豚鼠血清中均能检测出抗H1N1、H3N2和B型流感毒株的IgG抗体;分别以H3N2、H1N1和B型流感病毒攻击后3 d,在疫苗组豚鼠鼻腔洗液中检出少量病毒,而肺组织中则未检出,空白对照组豚鼠鼻腔洗液和肺组织中均检出较大量的流感病毒。结论广谱流感噬菌体微球疫苗对感染H3N2、H1N1和B型流感病毒的豚鼠均具有一定的免疫保护效果。Objective To investigate the immune protective effect of broad spectrum-phage displayed influenza vaccine microspheres on guinea pigs infected with influenza H3N2,H1N1 and B viruses.Methods Guinea pigs were immunized with broad spectrum-phage displayed influenza vaccine microspheres,of which the serum samples were collected 1 month later and determined for IgG titer against influenza virus by indirect ELISA.Three days after collection of serum samples,the guinea pigs were challenged with influenza H3N2,H1N1 and B viruses respectively and determined for virus titers in nasal washes and lung tissue 3 d later.Results The IgG against influenza H3N2,H1N1 and B viruses were detected in sera of immunized guinea pigs.A small quantity of viruses were detected in nasal washes of guinea pigs 3 d after challenge with influenza H3N2,H1N1 and B viruses,while no viruses were detected in lung tissues.However,a large quantity of influenza viruses were detected in both nasal washes and lung tissues of guinea pigs in blank control group.Conclusion Broad spectrum-phage displayed influenza vaccine microspheres showed a certain immune protective effect on guinea pigs infected with influenza H3N2,H1N1 and B viruses.
