摘　　要：鸡球虫病是一种主要由艾美耳属球虫引起的细胞内寄生原虫病,给养禽业带来巨大的经济损失。鸡球虫病一直以药物防治为主,但耐药虫株以及药物残留等问题使药物防治受到很大限制,因此,研制安全有效的疫苗成为防治鸡球虫病的主要策略之一。鸡球虫病疫苗包括活疫苗、核酸疫苗、亚单位疫苗、重组卡介苗和佐剂疫苗,本文就鸡球虫病疫苗的研究现状作一综述。Avian coccidiosis,caused by obligate intracellular parasites belonging to various species of the genus Eimeria,is a protozoan disease.It is considered the disease with greatest economic impact in the poultry industry.A major way to control coccidiosis in chickens is the use of anticoccidal drugs.However,problems such as drug-resistance of coccidia and drug residues limit the use of drug to a great extent.One of the most effective strategies to prevent and treat avian coccidiosis is developing safe and effective vaccines.The vaccines against avian coccidiosis include live vaccine,DNA vaccine,subunit vaccine,recombinant Bacillus Calmette-Guerin and adjuvant vaccine.This paper reviews the research of avian coccidiosis vaccine in recent years.
