高山探险、攀岩、漂流、蹦极、潜水等项目社会体育指导员实行国家就业准入的可行性研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料调研、问卷调查、访谈、特尔斐法等研究方法,以高山探险、攀岩、漂流、蹦极、潜水5个运动项目为研究对象,对运动项目社会体育指导员实行国家准入的可行性进行研究。主要从就业准入的必要性、准入的外部和内部条件进行分析,其中内部条件主要从运动项目的大众参与度、运动项目的技术复杂度和危险程度三个方面展开论证。研究认为:高山探险、攀岩、漂流、蹦极、潜水等5个项目由于技术较为复杂、参与的人数多、危险度高的项目特点,其社会体育指导员符合国家就业准入的外部条件和内部条件,亟需国家就业准入。By means of literature review,questionnaire,interview and Delphi,this paper takes mountaineering,rock climbing,rafting,bungee and diving as the research objects,and carries on research of feasibility that the social sports instructors implement national access system.The thesis mainly analyzes the necessity,the external and internal conditions of admittance of employment.And the internal conditions spread out the argumentations from three aspects：the mass engagement of sports,the complexity of sports skills and the risk levels of sports.The result shows that due to the complexity of skills,the large number mass engagement and the high level of risk,the instructors of mountaineering,rock climbing,rafting,bungee and diving are desiderating the admittance of employment if they live up to the external and internal conditions of the access.
