摘 要:研究了聚甲醛(POM)的粘度和防玻纤(GF)外露剂的种类、含量、注塑成型工艺对GF增强POM复合材料表面光泽度的影响,测试了添加不同含量防GF外露剂复合材料的力学性能。结果表明,随着POM粘度的降低、防GF外露剂含量的增加、注射速度和压力及模温的提高,GF增强POM复合材料制品的表面光泽度逐渐提高;随着防GF外露剂含量的增加,POM复合材料的力学性能逐渐提高,当含量为1.5%时,复合材料的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度达到最大值。利用高光泽GF增强POM注塑成型的燃油泵外壳的综合性能符合技术指标要求,表面无浮纤、光泽度高,达到了客户的预期目标。The effect of viscosity of POM, types and content of lubricants, injection molding on the surface glossiness of glass fiber reinforced POM composites was investigated, and the mechanical properties of the composites with different content of lubricants were also measured.The results showed that decreasing viscosity of POM, increasing the content of lubricant, increasing injection speed, pressure and mold temperature could improve the surface glossiness of POM composites.On the other hand, mechanical properties of the composites gradually increased with the lubricants, the tensile strength and notched impact strength increased to maximum when the lubricants content was 1.5%.The shell of fuel pump made fi'om the surface glossiness of glass fiber reinforced POM could meet the application requirements perfectly, which achieved customer' s expected goal.
