化浊清热汤治疗糖尿病湿热困脾型患者40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察化浊清热汤治疗糖尿病湿热困脾型的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组40例、对照组20例,对照组口服瑞格列奈片每次1mg,每日3次;治疗组在对照组基础上加服化浊清热汤,每日1剂。两组共治疗2个月后观察疗效。并且于治疗前后对临床主要症状进行评分及测定空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率85%,对照组总有效率60%,两组临床总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后各主要症状评分、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);在疲倦乏力、头身困重、脘腹胀和空腹血糖方面,治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论化浊清热汤在改善糖尿病湿热困脾型患者临床症状、降低血糖方面疗效肯定。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Huazhuo Qingre Decoction（Decoction for dissolving turbidity and clearing heat） for the treatment of diabetics with damp-heat blocking the spleen syndrome.Methods Sixty enrolled patients were randomized into treatment group of 40 cases and control group of 20 cases.The control group was administered Repaglinide 1mg each time,3 times a day,based on which,the treatment group was administered Huazhuo Qingre Decoction one dose a day.The effect of both groups was observed after medication for 2 months.Before and after treatment,the main clinical symptoms were scored,and the fasting blood glucose（FBG）,blood glucose 2h after meal（2hBG）,and glycosylated hemoglobin（GHb） were measured.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85% and that of the control group was 60%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The score of main symptoms of both groups,FBG,2hBG,and GHb were all reduced after treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.The improvement of symptoms including fatigue,heaviness of the head and body,abdominal distention,and FBG in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Huazhuo Qingre Decoction is effective in improving the clinical symptoms and decreasing the blood glucose of the diabetics with damp-heat blocking the spleen syndrome.
