慢性进行性放射性脑、脊髓病5例报告

摘　　要：报告5例由放射治疗后引起的神经系统损害，男4例，女1例，年龄40－70岁。发病前均有原发性肿瘤，于接受放射治疗6－10个月相继出现肢体肌力下降，步行困难乃至瘫痪的脊髓损害者共4例。1例出现进行性智能减退乃至痴呆、瘫痪等。激素等治疗无明显改善，病情仍是进行性加重。作者认为必须严格控制放射治疗的时间及剂量，保护正常组织。Radiation encephalopathy in 1 patient and myelopathy in 4 cases after radiotherapy resulted from brain tumor, nasopharyngeal carcinoma ,esophagus carcinoma and lung cancer respectively.Progressive mental retardation,dementia and tetraplegia,bulbar paralysis was in 1 patient with radiation encephalopathy and paraplegia,urine incontinence in 4 cases with myelopathy,it related to radiological dose,range of radioaction and time of radiotherapy.It suggests that control of dose,time and range of radiotherapy restrictly was important to prevent the damage of nerve system.
