摘 要:利用有限元分析法建立了通用的绞制线邻层线股间的微动接触模型,以LGJ150/25型钢芯铝绞线为对象,根据其线股的受力特点,分析了接触压力、轴端拉力、摩擦因数等微动参数对接触区应力分布的影响。结果表明,线股间的接触区域呈椭圆状,当载荷较小时,接触区主要发生弹性变形,综合应力及法向接触应力从中间向边缘递减,随着施加载荷的增加,接触的线股从弹性变形转变为塑性变形,此时在接触区的边缘出现比中心带大的应力集中。有限元分析结果与试验结果的对比,证明了有限元分析的有效性。A general fretting contact model of stranded wires between adjacent layers was established by using finite element method,and LGJ150/25 type ACSR(aluminium conductor steel reinforced) transmission lines were taken as the research object.According to the stress features of its strands,the influence of fretting parameters such as contact pressure,axial tension,friction factor etc.on stress distribution in the contact area was analyzed.The results show that the contact region between the aluminum stranded wires has an elliptic shape.When the load is smaller,its elastic deformation is mainly at the contact area,the complex stress and normal contact stress decrease from the center to the edge.With the increase of applied load,the contact aluminum stranded wires transform from the elastic deformation into plastic deformation,and then on the edge of the contact area it appears larger stress concentration than that on the edge of the central zone.The finite element analysis is proved effective when contrasts with experimental results.
