摘 要:采用毛细管电泳-安培检测法(CE-AD)对蒙花苷、刺槐素、木犀草素和芹黄素四种黄酮类化合物进行分离分析。在电极电位为+0.95V(vs.Ag/AgCl),电泳运行液为pH=9.00的60mmol/L Na2B4O7-120mmol/L NaH2PO4缓冲溶液,分离电压为18kV时,四种黄酮类化合物得到完全分离。在最优的条件下,四种黄酮类化合物的检出限(S/N=3)为0.2~0.005μg/mL。该方法可用于中药密蒙花中上述黄酮类化合物含量的测定。A method based on capillary electrophoresis with amperometric detection(CE-AD) was developed for identification and determination of four flavonoids(linarin,acacetin,apigenin and luteolin) reported in plant species.Under the optimum conditions(detection potential of +0.95 V(vs.Ag/AgCl),running buffer of 60 mmol/L Na2B4O7-120 mmol/L NaH2PO4(pH=9.00) and separating voltage of 18 kV),the four flavonoids were well separated.Optimized detection provided detection limit(defined as S/N=3) ranging from 0.2 μg/mL to 0.005 μg/mL for all analytes.The proposed method was applied for the determination of the four flavonoids in Flos buddlejae,and the assay results were satisfactory.
