摘 要:建立了一种简单、快速测定玩具中丙烯酰胺含量与迁移量的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。该方法以Waters Atlantis T3柱为分析柱,以纯水超声提取并作为流动相,采用HPLC对水中丙烯酰胺的含量及模拟汗液、唾液中丙烯酰胺的迁移量进行测定,并测定了自制阳性样品中的残留丙烯酰胺的含量,最后用液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)进行确证。丙烯酰胺的回收率在97.49%~103.42%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.66%~4.24%,检出限为0.02mg/L。An easy and fast high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method has been developed for the determination and quantification of acrylamide in plastic toys.This method was performed on a Waters Atlantis T3 column with pure water as mobile phase.Acrylamide was extracted by ultrasonator,detected by HPLC and verified by LC-MS/MS.The concentrations of acrylamide in self-made positive sample and the migration of acrylamide in simulated sweat and saliva were determined.The recoveries of acrylamide were among 97.49%~103.42%,with the relative standard deviations among 0.66%~4.24%,and the limit of detection was 0.02 mg/L.
