摘 要:建立了不经衍生直接测定水产动物组织中五氯苯酚及其钠盐残留量的气相色谱-电子捕获检测(GC-ECD)方法。目标化合物在酸性条件下转化成五氯苯酚后用正己烷提取,硫酸磺化法净化,浓缩和定容后测定。方法的线性范围为0.5~400μg/L,相关系数为0.9978;草鱼和虾空白肌肉组织中添加五氯苯酚的质量浓度分别为0.4、2.0、4.0μg/kg时,其加标回收率为90.8%~98.7%,相对标准偏差低于7.6%;检测限(S/N=3)和定量限(S/N=10)分别为0.2μg/kg和0.6μg/kg。该研究为测定动物体中五氯苯酚及其钠盐残留量提供了一个简单、快速、廉价和有效的样品前处理方法。A method for non-derivative direct determination of pentachlorophenol(PCP) and its sodium salt(PCP-Na) in aquatic animal tissues by gas chromatography with electron capture detection(GC-ECD) was discussed.The target compounds were extracted with n-hexane in an acidic medium in fish,purified by sulfuric acid sulfonation,then were concentrated and analyzed by GC-ECD.The linear range was 0.5-400 μg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9978.At spiked levels of 0.4,2.0 and 4.0 μg/kg of pentachlorophenol,the recoveries were 90.8%~98.7%,and the relative standard deviation was lower than 7.8%.The limit of detection(S/N=3) and the limit of quantification(S/N=10) of pentachlorophenol and its sodium salt were 0.2 μg/kg and 0.6 μg/kg,respectively.The research provided a quick,easy,cheap and effective approach for pentachlorophenol and its sodium salt determination in animal tissues.
