十六烷基三甲基溴化铵增敏荧光光度法测定荧光增白剂CBS-X

摘　　要：研究了不同条件下荧光增白剂CBS-X的荧光光谱,探讨了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对荧光增白剂CBS-X荧光的增敏机理。建立了在pH=8的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,CTAB增敏荧光光度法测定CBS-X含量的新方法。方法的线性范围为0～1.73×10-7 mol/L,相关系数为0.9995,检出限为0.45ng/mL。该方法用于合成洗涤剂中CBS-X的测定,得到满意结果。The fluorescence characteristics of fluorescent whitening agent CBS-X in different medium and the sensitization mechanism of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide（CTAB） to CBS-X have been studied.A method on sensitization fluorescence determinations of the CBS-X was therefore developed.This method has the advantages of easy handle of the specimen,quickly test and low detection limit.The method has been used for the detection of synthetic detergent with satisfactory results.The linear regression equation is IF=1.31＋ 2.85×109c（mol/L） with a correlation coefficient（R） of 0.9995 and the linear range from 0 to 1.73×10-7mol/L.The detection limit is 0.45 ng/mL.
