扩大农村消费需求与农村流通体系的完善

摘　　要：对于农村人口占多数的我国来说,农村消费需求对于拉动经济增长有着极大的潜力。从农民收入、消费环境两条主线出发,深入研究农村现代流通体系与农村消费需求之间的内在联系,研究表明:完善的农村流通体系有利于促进农民增收,优化消费环境;现有的农村流通体系存在诸多弊端,既影响了农民的增收,又对农村消费环境产生不利影响,从直接和间接两个方面抑制了农村消费需求;在扩大农村消费需求背景下,可以通过降低农村流通的成本、加强农村流通的专业化、提高农村流通体系的信息化、鼓励农产品流通保值和增值、促进农村流通体系的完善和集成、完善多元化的农村流通业态等六个方面来完善农村流通体系。这些措施的最终落实,既需要流通企业的积极参与,更需要政府的政策和资金支持。Given that the rural population makes up a considerable proportion in our country,rural consumption demand has a great potential for stimulating economic growth.Based on peasant incomes and rural consumption environment as two main clues of the article,from the theoretical and practical point of view,it analyzes the inner connection between rural modern logistics system and rural consumption demand.The result shows that a perfect rural logistics system is beneficial to peasant income-raising and improves consumption environment;and that the present rural logistics system has many defects,which interferes with peasant income-raising and adversely affects the rural consumption environment,restraining the rural consumption demand directly and indirectly.On the background of expanding rural consumption demand,the rural modern logistics system can be perfected from six aspects,included reducing the rural logistics cost,strengthening the rural logistics specialization,raising the rural logistics information level,encouraging agricultural product preservation and value-added distribution,improving the logistics system's perfection and integration,and diversifying the rural logistics types.The implementation of these measures needs the enterprise participation,the government policies and financial support especially.
