枳实消痞丸对功能性消化不良患者胃动力学及胃肠激素的影响

摘　　要：为探讨古方枳实消痞丸治疗功能性消化不良（Ｆｕｎｃｔｉｏｎａｌ Ｄｙｓｐｅｐｓｉａ， ＦＤ） 的作用机制， 用枳实消痞丸治疗ＦＤ２９ 例， 并与口服吗叮啉片剂１９ 例进行比较， 观察两组治疗前后胃电图及血浆胃动素、血清胃泌素的变化情况。结果表明， 枳实消痞丸能增高胃电幅值（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５～０．０１） ， 提高血浆胃动素水平（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，降低血清胃泌素水平（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１） ， 其作用与吗叮啉相仿（ 均Ｐ＞ ０．０５） 。提示枳实消痞丸能有效治疗ＦＤ，可能与其改善胃动力，To explore the effects of Zhishi Xiaopi Pill(ZXP)in treating functional dyspepsia(FD),29 cases of FD were treated with ZXP and 19 cases with motilium tablet served as control. Electrogastrograms, motilin and gastrin were observed in both groups before and after treatment.The results showed that ZXP increased the amplitude of electrogastrogram (P< 0.05 ～0.01)and plasma motilin level(P< 0.01 )and decreased serum gastrin level (P< 0.01 ).The effect of ZXP was similar to motilium (P> 0.05 ).It is indicated that the mechanism of ZXP for FD is probably ralated to the improvement of gastric kinetics and the regulation of secretion of gastrointestinal hormones.
