血清脂联素在结直肠癌中表达的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌血清中脂联素的表达,并对影响脂联素水平的因素进行分析。方法选择2010年1月至2010年6月中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的90例结直肠癌病人作为研究组,选择30名健康成年人作为对照组。用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定血清的脂联素水平,对结直肠癌不同临床病理特征下的血清脂联素水平差异进行统计分析。结果研究组血清脂联素水平(13.08±7.99)μg/mL明显低于对照组(21.92±8.76)μg/mL(P<0.01),以男性更为明显。研究组随着肿瘤TNM分期的增加,血清脂联素水平呈现进一步下降的趋势(P<0.05),肿瘤的不同部位、不同组织学分级间的血清脂联素水平没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论结直肠癌病人血清的脂联素水平要明显低于正常健康人,且随着肿瘤分期的增加,血清脂联素水平呈现进一步下降的趋势。Objective To evaluate the correlation of serum adiponectin expression with favorable elinicopathologic phenotype in colorectal cancer. Methods Serum adiponectin levels were measured via ABC-ELLSA in 90 cases of colorectal cancer admitted between January 2010 and June 2010 in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University and 30 normal controls, which were correlated with selected clinicopathologieal features in coloreetal cancer. Results The levels of adiponectin were significantly lower for colorectal cancers （especially in males）（ 13.08 ±7.99μg/mL）than normal controls （21.92 ± 8.76μg/mL）（P〈0.01）. With the tumor TNM stages increased, the levels of adiponectin showed decreasing tendency gradually （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference for tumor locations and histological types （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Low levels adiponectin in human serum are observed in colorectal cancer. With the tumor TNM stages increased, the levels of adiponectin show the decreased tendency gradually.
