摘 要:采用蛇形通道浇注工艺制备了A356铝合金半固态浆料。结果表明:采用内径为20mm的四个弯道的蛇形通道可以在660~680℃制备1.5~1.8kg的A356半固态浆料,蛇形通道内腔只有少量的挂料,便于清理;在浆料的径向上,从心部到边部初生α-Al形态的差别很小,呈颗粒状或近球状。The semisolid slurry of A356 aluminum alloy was prepared through a serpentine channel. The experimental results show that the suitable semisolid A356 alloy slurry can be made through a serpentine channel, which is 20 mm in the inner diameter and has 4 bends. The slurry weighs between 1.5 kg and 1.8 kg and pouring temperature is from 660 ℃ to 680 ℃. Moreover the solidified shell in the serpentine inner surface is very thin and easy to be removed. The morphology of the primary α-Al phase along the radial direction of the slurry crucible is mainly spherical or near-spherical and has little difference.
