摘 要:自行研制了操作简单灵活的大断面铸件凝固冷却过程的物理模拟装置——1 500℃高温组合式多功能电阻炉。利用该装置控制炉体内小尺寸试样(模拟铸件)的冷却速度,使其近似于大断面铸件局部的冷却过程。结果表明,模拟铸件冷却曲线与Φ590 mm×800 mm的圆柱型大断面球铁铸件冷却曲线相对误差小于1.38%,模拟铸件和实际大断面铸件的显微组织有较好的吻合性。该装置适合于作为大断面铸件研究的实验室研究装置。The solidification apparatus, 1 500 ℃ knockdown multifunctional resistance furnace, has been developed for simulating solidification process of heavy section castings. By controlling the cooling rate of the small size casting in the furnace, the casting would solidify in a pattern as a certain part of the Ф590 ×800 mm casting. Results show that cooling curves of simulated casting have a relative deviation less than 1.38% compared with those of the certain part in the Ф 590 min× 800 mm casting. Meanwhile, the microstructures of simulated casting are similar to those of actual iron castings with heavy section. The results obtained indicate that the apparatus is suitable to simulate solidification process of heavy section castings.
