摘　　要：简要总结了生产铸态高强度高韧性球墨铸铁OT590．10材质的控制要点。在合理设计化学成分的基础上，加入O．2％～0.3％Cu和0．02％～0．03％Sn可以使铸态球墨铸铁的珠光体达到70％。选择合适的球化剂和孕育剂，控制处理工艺以强化球化和孕育效果，使产品不经热处理能达到QT590－10的要求。The controlling points to produce high strength and high toughness as-cast ductile iron material QT590-10 were generalized. On the basis of appropriate design of chemical compositions, the pearlite formed in as-cast ductile irons can reach 70% by adding 0.2%-0.3% Cu and 0.02%-0. 03% Sn. The product can meet the requirements of QT590-10 without heat treatment by choosing appropriate nodulizer and inoculant, and controlling the heat treatment for strengthening the spheroidization and inoculation.
