摘  要:研究了在两种不同混砂工艺条件下,不同含量的粘土增强剂对黄壤土天然粘土砂工艺性能的影响。结果表明,混砂工艺不同,对含有粘土增强剂的黄壤土砂达到最佳湿压强度时间有影响,但对黄壤土砂达到的强度最佳值的影响基本相同。随着粘土增强剂含量的增加,黄壤土天然粘土砂的强度也随之增大;但当增强剂含量达到一定量时,强度不再增加;粘土增强剂对黄壤土砂干强度的影响也是如此。混砂工艺不同,对黄壤土砂的紧实率、透气性、紧实度及发气量没有影响。随着粘土增强剂含量的增加,黄壤土砂的紧实率、透气性均下降;黄壤土砂标准试样质量增加,增加到一定量后质量趋于稳定;粘土增强剂对黄壤土砂的发气性的影响不显著。This paper presents the influence of different amount of clay additive on performances of natural yellow loam clay-bonded sand under two different sand preparation processes. The results show that under different sand preparation process the natural yellow loam clay-bonded sands need different time to reach the optimal green strength, but the optimal green strength values are almost the same. The green strength of the natural yellow loam clay-bonded sand increases with the increasing amount of clay additive, but when the clay additive reaches a certain amount, the strength does not increase further, and the clay additive has the same effect on the dry strength of the sand. The sand preparation process has no influence on compactability, permeability, compactness and gas evolution of the sand. The compactability and permeability of natural yellow loam clay-bonded sand decreases with the increasing amount of clay additive, while the mass of the standard sample of the sand increases. The clay additive has no obvious effect on gas evolution of the sand.
