摘　　要：目的对ACL TOP血凝仪抗干扰能力进行评价。方法重复测定20份体检健康人混合血浆的凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)和纤维蛋白原定量(FIB)各20次;采用临床收集和制备的溶血、脂血和黄疸标本的血清分别加入到试验血浆中,再测定各种浓度干扰物-试验血浆的PT、APTT、TT和FIB。结果重复测定PT、APTT、TT和FIB的CV<4%;准确性试验P>0.05;抗溶血、黄疸干扰能力良好,脂血影响PT、APTT的结果测定。结论 ACL TOP血凝仪具有良好的精密度和准确度,抗溶血、黄疸干扰能力良好,有一定的抗脂血干扰能力。Objective To study the anti-interference ability of the ACL TOP hemostasis analyzer.Methods PT,APTT,TT and FIB were detected twenty times respectively in normal appearance plasma.The different concentrations of interferents（hemolysis,lipemia,chylous samples） were put respectively into experimental plasmas,in which PT,APTT,TT and FIB were measured.Results When PT,APTT,TT and FIB were measured repeatedly for precision test,CV was less than 4 %.For accuracy test P0.05.The ability of anti-hemolytic,jaundice interference is good,but high concentrations of triglycerides interfered with the test results of PT and APTT.Conclusion The ACL TOP coagulation analyzer,with a good precision and accuracy result,has a great anti-interference ability of hemolysis and jaundice samples,which also has a certain ability of anti-TG interference.
