摘  要:目的:研究中药炮制对其促癌活性的影响。方法:对4种有毒中药分别进行醋制和霜制,观察醋甘遂、醋大戟、醋芫花和巴豆霜对Raji细胞中Epstein-Barr病毒早期抗原(EBV-EA)表达的诱导作用,同时将4种有毒中药的生品和炮制品对EBV-EA的诱导表达情况进行比较。结果:在加丁酸时,炮制品组的激活率比生药组的激活率均有所降低,巴豆的降低率是18.29%,其它3药的降低率均在44.87%-79.71%之间。结论:通过合理炮制,可降低和阻断中药的毒性及促癌物活性。Objective:To study effect of processing on tumor-promoting activity.Methods:Some toxic Chinese herbs were processed in different ways.The activation effects for EBV early antigen of Vinegared Kansui Root,Vinegared Euphorbia Root,Vinegared Lilac Daphne Flower Bud and Croton Cream for EBV early antigen in Raji cell were investigated,and the activation effects of crude toxic herbs and processed toxic herbs on early antigen gene expression were compared.Results:Processed products' activation rates decreased than crude products' while adding butyric acid.Croton group's decrement was 18.29%,and the other 3 drug groups' decrements were between 44.87% and 79.71%.Conclusion:Crude drugs' toxicity and internal tumor promoters' activity can be reduced by reasonable processing.
