摘　　要：目的:观察丹参素异丙酯(IDHP)对外源性自由基所致心律失常的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠50只,随机均分为空白对照组、心律失常模型组、维拉帕米(VPL)1.00mg/L组、丹参素异丙酯4.00mg/L、0.04mg/L 2个剂量组。采用Langendorf灌流技术对大鼠离体心脏灌注硫酸亚铁(0.025mmol/L)和抗坏血酸(0.100mmol/L)的方法,复制自由基致心律失常的模型,观察IDHP对其影响。结果:空白对照组离体大鼠心脏无1例发生心律失常;心律失常模型组总心律失常发生率100.00%,主要为传导阻滞和室性早搏;VPL1.00mg/L组、IDHP4.00mg/L、0.04mg/L3个药物组与心律失常模型组相比,心律失常发生率明显降低。结论:IDHP具有抗外源性自由基所致心律失常的作用,与阳性对照药VPL相似。Objective：To observe the effect of isopropyl-3-（3,4-dihydro-xyphenyl）-2-hydroxypropanoate（IDHP） on arrhythmias induced by exogenous free radical.Methods：Fifty wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups：normal group,carddiac arrhythmia model group,VPL 1.00mg/L group,two IDHP groups with the dose of 4.00mg/L and 0.04mg/L,and each group had 10 rats.The arrhythmias in the isolated rat hearts were induced by FeSO4（0.025mmol/L） and ascorbic acid（0.100mmol/L） with the Langendorff technique.Results：Normal group had no the arrhythmias;the incidence rate of arrhythmias induced by the exogenous free radical was 100.00%,it had chiefly conduction blockade and premature ventricular contraction;the incidence rate of arrhythmias reduces significantly in VPL 1.00mg/L group and two IDHP groups with the dose of 4.00mg/L and 0.04mg/L,as compared with carddiac arrhythmia model group.Conclusion：IDHP has the preventive effect on the arrhythmias induced by the exogenous free radical,the antiarrhythmic effect of IDHP is similar to VPL.
